1. Land Selected
| When Banbiz Construction Selects your Land that means you are one and only. Your land is in best position having all documents vetted. |
2. Administrative Works
| After Selecting, we sit with renowned architects of Bangladesh to develop your land into gold. We present your 2D plan and after both sides confirmation, we go for final plan. In the mean time we clear soil test to give the best structural plan. |
3. Foothold
| After all these work completed we start construction , which is a journey of 36 months, In this long journey , we work with you, construction engineers , labors and my other associates, side by side to make a milestone , in the earth. |
4. Handover/ Registration
| After 36 months we handover the building and flats to the owners. Registration is the final step where we take utmost care. We also form a Flat owners committee to run the building administrative works. |
5. Maintenance
| After handover of the building we stay with you for one year for maintenance purpose. |
